North Carolina

North Carolina has a lot to offer. The Appalachian Mountain Range runs through it, including the Blue Ridge Mountains and Great Smoky Mountains. There are countless waterfalls in western North Carolina, and beaches on the east. The Biltmore House is located in the Asheville area, and is probably one of the most visited attractions. That's easy to understand once you've seen it. We visit the Sapphire Valley area, near Cashiers, almost every year, so this gallery will be growing.

This is the view at the bottom of Whitewater Falls, an impressive waterfall in the Jocassee Gorge area just before you reach South Carolina. After you view the falls from the top, take the steps all the way to the bottom and take the footpath. It's worth the climb back up!
